These Terms govern your use of blemonix.com and personal training services by blemonix.com LLC ("we", "us"). By using the site or booking, you agree.

1. Provider Identification

2. Distance Contracts

Under Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce' and No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection', you get pre-contract info (services, price, terms, cancellation) before purchase. Contract formed on our booking confirmation.

3. Prices and Payment

Prices in UAH or as displayed. Payment due before service unless agreed otherwise. Price changes do not affect confirmed bookings.

4. Cancellation and Refund

Cancel up to 24h before a session for full refund. Later cancellations may be charged. Refunds within 14 days to original method, per Law No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection'.

5. Health and Liability

Training involves risk. You confirm you are medically fit. We are not liable for injuries from your failure to follow instructions or disclose conditions. Advertising complies with Law No. 270/96-VR 'On Advertising' and does not promise guaranteed results.

6. Personal Data

We process personal data under Law No. 3987-IX 'On Personal Data Protection'. See Privacy Policy for lawful basis, retention, and rights.

7. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies and, with your prior informed consent, analytics cookies under Law No. 1089-IX 'On Electronic Communications'. You can withdraw consent anytime.

8. Dispute Resolution

We aim to resolve disputes amicably. If not, you may apply to Ukrainian consumer protection authorities or courts under Law No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection'.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page is current. Continued use means acceptance.
